What Is The Date Code On Tires Sold By etrailer?

Question:

Hello, What is the DOT Date for tires sold by etrailer?Including other tires I am curious as to how many years ago these tires were manufactured. Thank you.

Hello Darren, thanks for reaching out. So we cannot guarantee a specific date code for the tires we offer. We usually move tires pretty quickly, so generally (this is not a guarantee) when we ship tires they have been manufactured within the last year.

Our warehouse is climate controlled, and according to tire manufacturers, tires do not age in proper storage. The warranty date would begin when you receive them.

I see that you were looking at the Goodyear Endurance ST225/75R15 Trailer Tire # LH33FR. These are currently out of stock but we should be getting some in within about 2 weeks. This means the date codes should be fairly recent if you were to order them. They won't have been sitting around for long. Still cannot guarantee a specific date code though.

If there is another tire you are interested in let me know the part number and I am happy to run out to our warehouse and check the date code if you want. let me know if there is anything else I can do.

Hey Darren, did you end up getting a Goodyear Endurance tire once they came back in stock? Knowing how recent the date code was could help others wondering about tire age. Your update could make it easier for the next person with the same concern.
