This tire-and-wheel combo is built for steady towing at highway speeds. The Loadstar ST175/80D13 bias tire carries up to 1,360 lbs at 50 psi and has an M speed rating for 81 mph. It’s matched to a steel wheel rated for 1,660 lbs, so you’ve got plenty of capacity margin when you’re loaded up. Both components meet DOT specifications, giving you dependable performance on every trip.
No need to make a stop at the tire shop—this comes mounted and aired up right out of the box. That means you can bolt it on and get rolling without extra setup time or cost. The balanced feel on the road keeps things smooth, making it an easy upgrade when you just want something that works right away.
The 13" x 4-1/2" steel wheel is dipped in molten zinc for a true galvanized finish that stands up to water, salt, and humidity. It’s built to resist rust for the long haul, staying solid and functional in marine or damp environments where uncoated wheels would fade fast.
This tire uses a six-ply bias construction with nylon cords laid at alternating 30- to 45-degree angles. That design stiffens the sidewalls so the whole tire flexes evenly over bumps and uneven ground. The result is better stability and a smoother feel when trailering in real conditions.
The wheel has a standard 4 on 4" bolt pattern, a 2.65" pilot diameter, and a zero offset that centers the load squarely over your hub. Wheel bolts are 1/2"-20, making it an easy match for common setups without guesswork or modification.
1. Count the lug holes
Look at the wheel hub or the back of the wheel and count how many lug holes there are(also called bolt holes).
Common configurations include: 4-lug, 5-lug, 6-lug and 8 lug
2a. For even lug counts (4-lug, 6-lug, 8-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole directly across to the center of the hole opposite it.
Common configurations: 4 on 4", 6 on 5.5", 8 on 6.5"
2b. For odd lug counts (5-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole to the outer edge of the hole directly across (not center-to-center since there's no directly opposite hole).
Common configurations: 5 on 4.5" (most popular), 5 on 5", 5 on 4.75", 5 on 5.5"

The Kenda tires are not working out as expected. One has developed a slow leak, with no obvious damage to the tire, such as nail or puncture. I havent had a chance to water tank test it to see if the problem is the valve, bead, wheel, or tire.Have you had any other similar problems reported with Kenda tires that would indicate where to focus?
