Looking for hubs and e-brake drums. I think Im close with the exception of the outside bearing size. Original is M12469 with a id of ~.85. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks for the picture and the information Jonathan! I am sorry like you I can not find anything that has an outside bearing that measures .85.
The only solution I have to offer you is to cut off your spindles and replace them with the #84 Spindle for 3,500-lb Trailer Axles item # TRU64FR. Then purchase corresponding hubs that work with the new spindle size.
The Easy Grease Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 3.5K Axles item # AKIHUB-545-35-EZ-K would work great and they have a 5 on 4-1/2 lug pattern like the item # AKIHUB-545-35-G-EZ-K you were looking at.
For a hub with a brake drum you would want the Easy Grease Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 3.5K Axles item # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K. Then item # AKEBRK-35 for brake assemblies.
