Recommended Complete Flat Towing Setup for a 2021 Buick Encore GX W/ Sport Towing Package

I have a 2021 Buick Encore GX Essence AWD and Im looking to flat tow. I see many have done this with the Encore GX AWD. But... I have the Sport Touring package and all the Base plate kits say this AWD models - excluding Sport Touring. What can I do? I dont understand why as the Sport Touring is just different wheels and mainly different paint.

Hey David, I looked into that, and it actually looks like you can use the Blue Ox Base Plate Kit # BLU43FR for a base plate kit. This base plate kit will work with the Sport Touring models as well as the other trims.
So with that being said, to finish up the flat towing setup you're also going to need:
- A set of tow bars, like the Blue Ox Alpha 2 Non-Binding Tow Bar # BX7380,
- A braking system, like the Blue Ox Patriot Portable Flat Tow Brake System # BLU37TR, with the 12V outlet kit # RM-9332,
&
- A wiring harness # RM-15267, with the battery disconnect # RM-766.

Thanks for the info. After watching the etrailer.com install video on both Blue Ox and Roadmaster base plate, I've decided to go with the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms Part Number: RM45VR. Much cleaner install. Can you recommend a tow bar for that? Also are there brake systems that I can install and not need to remove everytime I want to drive the car? Definitely getting that Roadmaster battery disconnect!
