I contacted someone enthe other day about what I will need for setting my 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon up for flat tow. Everything for the vehicle only, I believe I have the Blue Ox tow bar coming with the motorhome. Since I have an aftermarket bumper, she told me to contact manufacturers of base plates. Ill need base plate, and braking for the Jeep. Id prefer the Invisibrake system. I contacted Roadmaster, and this was their reply. It looks like the direct-connect base plate 1444-3.

Here is the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit # 1444-3 which Roadmaster said to use for your 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon. This comes with the arms for a Roadmaster Tow Bar # RM-676. If you are using a Blue Ox Tow Bar # BX4370 you will need the Adapter Arms # RM62ZR.
You will need the Hopkins Custom Tail Light Wiring Kit # HM56200 for your tail lights on your Jeep to operate off your motorhome. This will tie into a 7-Wire to 6-Wire, Coiled Electrical Cord # BX88206 for connecting to your motorhome. You will also want a Charge Line # RM-156-25 to prevent your braking system from drawing the power completely from your battery.
Rather than use the Roadmaster Invisibrake # RM-8700 which mounts inside the cab of your Jeep, I recommend using one of the Demco braking systems. The Air Force One # DM26VR is for use if your motorhome has air brakes. Otherwise you will need the Stay-IN-Play DUO # DM86VR for a motorhome with hydraulic brakes. Both of these systems mount under the hood of your Jeep creating an easier installation. They also include wireless Coach Link monitors which allow you to see when your brakes are being activated to prevent any excessive wear and tear on your brakes.
You may end up needing a High-Low adapter like the 4" # RM-048-4 to keep the bars within 3" of level from your motorhome to the Jeep. This will depend on height of your receiver and the height of the base plate installed on your Jeep. The adapters are available in several different heights depending on your needs.
