I have a 2018 Jeep Wrangler rubicon Jl with factory stee bumper I need abase plate to go with road master falcon 2 tow bar and what modifications will have to be made bumper has a steel skid plate under it also

For your 2018 Jeep JL Wrangler, I recommend the Roadmaster EZ5 Base Plate Kit #RM-521453-5. This base plate kit is confirmed to fit your Jeep with the factory bumper and will work perfectly with your existing Falcon 2 Tow Bar. When installing the base plates, you will likely need to trim some fascia to allow enough room for the receivers (see attached pictures).

I have attached the complete installation instructions that you can also look through.

In order to flat tow your Jeep JL Wrangler, you will also need some safety cables (if you do not already have), a lighting solution, and a supplemental braking system.

For safety cables, you can use the Roadmaster 64 Inch Single Hook # RM-645. Then for a lighting solution, I really like the Roadmaster Diode Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267. This diode kit will let you wire your Jeep to accept the RV's tail, brake, and turn signals for flat towing. It includes a 6-Way that will be mounted to the front of the Jeep and enough coiled wiring to go from there to the 7-Way on the RV.

For a supplemental braking system, I highly recommend the Blue Ox Patriot # BLU37TR. This is a great, proportional system that will physically press down on the brake pedal inside your Jeep at the same time and with the same intensity that you apply to it in your RV. You will just need to add the 12V Outlet Kit # RM-9332 to provide power to the system and the # RM-88400 relay to prevent the Jeep's brake signal from overriding the turn signal from the RV when applying the brakes during a turn.

Finally, you will likely need a high-low adapter in order to keep your tow bar level.
