Question:

Hi. I have a 2022 RAV4 hybrid with dealer installed 4 pin outlet. Need to convert to 7 pin to run my electric trailer brakes single axle. I have a Curt 57672 adapter and the Curt 51180 bluetooth brake controller. Which wiring harness would fit my configuration? Thanks.

As you already have the Curt Trailer Connector Adapter # C57672 to connect to the 4-way on your 2022 Toyota RAV4, the Curt Echo Wireless Trailer Brake Controller # C51180 only requires an additional charge line to be ran. For this you will need some 10 Gauge Wire # 10-1-1 to run to the battery. This wire is sold per foot so be sure to get enough for routing safely and away from rotating parts or exhaust to prevent damage to the wire. Cable Ties # DW05724-25 will work well to secure the wire. I recommend using a Circuit Breaker # PK54530 to help protect the wiring and components from drawing to much amperage. You will need 2 Ring Terminals # DW05762-1 to connect the wiring to the circuit breaker. We do have the Ring Terminal # DW05741-1 that has a 3/8" opening for connecting to the battery post. Be sure that it will fit the connector on your battery.
