Hi, my2022 Rav4 LE has a naked roof with two rubber strips on it. As I can tell from previous questions. I will need RRVA126S-2, RRRLKVA, RR27QP. I am wondering if I can put a Thule SnowPack Extender on that. Will they fit? And does it has a safe driving speed limit for the rack? Thanks.

Yes, for your 2022 Toyota Rav4 LE you are correct you are going to need the:

-Rhino-Rack Vortex Aero Crossbars # RRVA126B-2, with the Rhino-Rack 2500 Series Legs for Vortex Aero Crossbars # RRRLKVA, and the Custom DK Fit Kit for 4 Rhino-Rack 2500 Series Roof Rack Legs # RR27QP.

Additionally, the Thule SnowPack Extender Ski and Snowboard Carrier # TH732508 that you mentioned will also fit onto the crossbars mentioned above and is recommended to not exceed a maximum speed of 80-MPH.
