etrailer products and service are excellent! With their helpful videos and staff (plus a little help from Curt Manufacturing and our teardrop trailer manufacturer (CampInn)) I was able to install electric brakes on the trailer, and a controller in my vehicle by myself. I had never installed electric brakes before. Everything works perfectly!

Best for non environmental exposure use. Use of sealed heat shrinkable terminals is recommended for maximum resistance to environmental exposure.

Order was complete and delivered in a timely manner. Only problem (minor) was the 7way pigtail was not wired to color code. Had to use test light to get 3 of the wires in correct location. Could be a problem if someone wasn't comfortable with ringing out wires.

I just purchased a Ranger Bass boat and the wiring is very old and the lights don't work. I found everything that I needed to completely replace and install new wiring and lights. All are great products. Have used them in the past and will continue to use. What's more important then the product is the customer service I received when making this order. I had, I believe his name was James or Jay email me and told me that one of the products I ordered was out of stock and that if I changed it to a product he advised was similar, that I would get my order a lot sooner. So I did and I'm glad he intervened.

This trailer is used in rustbelt America. Needed to replaced 1 of 2 terminals as it failed due to corrosion in the conductor crimp area. Replacement terminal was crimped, soldered, and an adhesive lined heat shrink tube was applied over the terminal crimp onto the cable insulation.
