I have a 2021 Rav4 Prime with OEM hitch and 4 pin wire harness. I eventually intend to tow a travel trailer with electric breaks. How to I add a 7 pin receiver that will work with the trailer? I intend to use Autowbrake Trailer Brake Controller on the camper trailer or possibly the curt wireless brake controller.

Since your 2021 Toyota Rav4 Prime has a factory 4-way all you need to convert it to a 7-way and install the Curt Echo Mobile brake controller part # C51180 is the part # ETBC7L which comes everything needed. This would be same solution you'd need if you were to instead use the Autowbrake part # 3430001 that you mentioned as welll.
