The etrailer.com hub and drum assembly, part # AKHD-545-35-K, includes one hub, one of each bearing, parts # L68149 and # L44649, one of each race, parts # L68111 and # L44610, the grease seal, part # 58846, and one set of lug nuts.

So you need two of the complete assemblies per axle on your trailer if you're replacing all of them.
