Can I tow a 2011 Buick enclave fwd with a tow bar

Your 2011 Buick Enclave can be flat towed. I recommend starting with the Roadmaster EZ Crossbar Style Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # 523149-1 and then using the Roadmaster Falcon 2 Tow Bar # RM-520. You can then use safety cables # RM-643. The custom fit baseplates will allow the tow bar to safely connect to your vehicle and the removable arms will allow you to keep the vehicle aesthetics when the towing system is not in use.
For your tow bar wiring, I recommend the Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit # RM-15267 which will allow you to use your vehicle wiring for a clean look while protecting it from harm. You will also need the Roadmaster FuseMaster Fuse Bypass Switch for Towed Vehicles - 50-Amp FMX Fuse # RM-76517 to allow you to tow your Buick without a constant drain on the battery. I also recommend using the Roadmaster charge line kit # RM-156-25 to provide a maintenance charge to your battery while towing.
For your supplemental braking system I recommend the SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System - Proportional # SM99251. This system is a favorite because it is so easy to use once installed. You simply flip a switch to allow towing and then flip it back to drive. This is basically a plug and play system. If you have air brakes on your motorhome, then a similar option designed to work with air is the Air Force One # SM99243 you asked the question from.
Finally, you will need a high-low adapter. I've attached an article to assist with measuring so you are within the safe tow bar limits. I've also linked the page to your options to make it easy for you to choose what you need.
I know this is a lot of information, so let me know if you have further questions.
