Easy to assemble, easy to use
Great product for securing the front and rear of a kayak. Once assembled its quick and easy to use. The ratchet holds the line taut without loosening. Just give a tug on the line to test tightness during a trip. I did need a refresher on how to tie a bowline knot. My boy scout days have long been over. Would buy again.
