Question:
I need to know if this adarac will allow the use of an EIDE boat loader mounted to it and still clear the cab with a small boat on it?

As far as the compatibility of an automatic EIDE boat loader with the Adarac Pro Series # A4000955, we have not tested the mechanics of the loader with the Adarac. We also unfortunately do not have the specs/measurements of the EIDE boat loader because it is not a product that we carry.
As far as the height of the Adarac system on your truck, I confirmed with the manufacturer that the ladder rack adds 24 inches of height from the top of your truck bed's cap rails to the top of the crossbar. In order to make sure that your boat clears the cab, I recommend measuring comparing your cab's height when measured from the cap rails.
However, with that being said, we do have a manual loading system that definitely works with the Adarac # A4000955. That is is the Rhino-Rack T-Load Hitch Mounted Load Assist and Support Bar for 2" Hitches - 49" Long # RTL002. The T-Load has an adjustable height from 42" - 64" tall and comes with load stops to keep the boat from sliding off the crossbar when loading. As far as length, the crossbar on top measures 49 inches long and has a weight capacity of 165 pounds.
If you need cradles to use your boat, without knowing the hull width, I recommend the Rhino-Rack SUP and Surfboard Pads w/ Tie-Downs for Crossbars # RRRWP05 to give you protection against scuffs and scratches when mounted on the ladder rack. Also, if you need ties for your boat, a great kit is the Yakima Bow/Stern Tie Down Ropes w/ Ratchets # Y04031.
If you need a hitch receiver to use the T-Load Lift Assist, I recommend the Curt Trailer Hitch - 2" # 13355 for your 2011 Ford F-250. Not only does this hitch provide you with 600 pounds of maximum tongue weight and 6,000 pounds of maximum gross towing capacity, it also comes with a gloss outer coat over the base powder coat that gives you ultimate protection against rust and corrosion.
