This Peterson Thin-Line ID bar gives you the visibility you need when hauling a wide trailer. The 15-1/2" long by 1-3/16" tall light bar uses three replaceable Peterson 136R incandescent lights under a red lens to mark the width of trailers over 80". It’s DOT compliant, so you stay within lighting regulations while keeping your setup easy to see in low light.
When space is limited along the rear of a trailer, this low-profile Thin-Line design fits cleanly without sticking out. At only 1-3/8" thick, it mounts flat against the surface using the built-in flange and existing holes. The surface-mount style needs just a small opening for wiring and bolts down securely using your own hardware.
The steel base with a black enamel finish adds strength and corrosion resistance for long-term use. It holds up well against road grime and weather exposure while keeping the lights aligned and protected. The solid construction makes it a sturdy choice for trailers that see regular use.
This light bar keeps wiring straightforward with its single-wire design that grounds through the mounting hardware. It’s compatible with standard 12V DC systems and uses 194/193 style bulbs, so maintenance and setup stay simple.

Today were going to take a look at Petersons Thin Line Red Identification Light Bar, part number 136-3R. This light is designed to mount on the surface of your truck or trailer using mounting holes that are 6 and 15/16th inches on center. The light is designed to indicate trailers or trucks that are over 80 inches wide. It is a single wire design meaning it will ground through the hardware used to attach the light bar, and you will get you power via the single wire lead. Next were going to hook the light bar up to a power supply so you can see how it looks.
Well clip our ground to the mounting bracket, and well connect our power wire lead to our supply. Next well turn off the overhead lights so you see how bright the light is. And thats it for Petersons Thin Line Red Identification Light Bar, part number 136-3R.

Is it possible to replace the Lens for this unit? I broke one of mine, and need to replace it, but not sure what the part would be if they are available separate.
