Hi, everyone, Steve here with etrailer.com. Today we're looking at our TecNiq low profile ID bar. It gives you a red surface-mount light and it meets all FMWSS 108 identification light requirements for vehicles that are over 80 inches wide. This is an ultra-thin design. It is 1/2 inch deep, so it's gonna minimize protrusion, giving you a nice, sleek look. And you have about roughly nine inches of pigtail here that I've got wired up today so that I can line it up for you.

And I know it looks like there's a lot of LEDs, but there's technically only 1, 2, 3, as you see, and they are red. Let's go ahead and shut off the overhead lights in the studio. And as you can see, my camera's kind of out focus, so I apologize for that. But it gives you a nice look and it makes you visible from far away. And this design has been rated for over 100,000 hours of LED performance.

It does give you flexible mounting options. You can install it horizontal or vertically. It's totally up to you. Or even at an angle on some of those headache racks and different things. So it's totally up to you of how you wanna install it and how you need to install it for your needs.

And again, you're gonna have the pigtail on the back here, red and white wires nine inches long. And this obviously runs on 12 volts of power. Overall, I got 15 1/2 inches long, again, 1 5/16 inch tall by only 1/2 inch deep. (table thudding) Now you will need two screws to mount this, #8 screws. Those are not included.
