  There are only a couple differences between the # RVSTLB60 and # RVSTLB0060 trailer lights. The # RVSTLB0060 features a ONE Series LED light which is brighter than traditional LED lights. The light measures 8-5/8 inches long. The # RVSTLB60 has 9 LED lights and it measures 6-11/16 inches long. Both lights measure 3-3/16 inches wide and 2-1/4 inches deep, and they have snap-on lenses and use a 3-wire pigtail.

  I checked your order notes and it looks like you ordered the ONE LED RV Tail Light # RVSTLB0060. This light isn't designed to be sealed. It has a removable lens and a backing plate with a larger hole in it so there would be no need to seal this up.

The ONE LED RV Combination Lights # RVSTLB0060 would've needed to be installed with the white wire going to the ground, the green wire to the stop/turn signal, and the black wire to the taillight. I'd suggest double checking your wiring and see if all the wires are going to the right spots.
