Do I need a Resistor on My Trailer Lights for LEDs?

I want to replace the tail lights on my 2006 Jayco which are incandescent bulbs and replace them with optronics RVSTLB0060 and RVSTLB0061. Would a resistor be needed? And also what gauge wire is on these lights.

You won't need a resistor to update your 2006 Jayco Jay Feather EXP Travel Trailer to have LED lights. The ONE LED RV Combination Tail Light w/ License Plate Bracket - 4 Function - 1 Diode - Driver Side item # RVSTLB0061 and the ONE LED RV Combination Tail Light - Stop, Tail, Turn - 1 Diode - Passenger Side item # RVSTLB0060 both use 16 gauge wire.
