This Fulton Boat Trailer Jack drops right into place on existing welded mounts that use a 2-1/2" snap ring pilot hole. Most folks keep the original bracket and simply swap the jack—no drilling or rewelding required. It includes a new snap ring if you want to refresh the hardware, and the mount spacing is 3" on center. Installation takes minutes with a sturdy pair of snap-ring pliers, and you’re back to rolling your trailer without any fuss.
This sidewind jack handles up to 1,200 lbs of lift capacity and travels 10" from fully retracted at 13" to fully extended at 23". The 6" caster wheel turns a full 360°, so it’s easy to guide your trailer into tight spots or line it up for hitching. The handle’s J-bolt design gives you good leverage while keeping your knuckles clear of the frame. Inside, a grease zerk fitting keeps maintenance simple—just add a shot of grease without tearing it apart, and the gearing stays smooth.

Once you’re hooked up and ready to go, the swivel design lets you swing the jack up parallel to the trailer frame. It clears obstacles like winch posts or toolboxes and locks securely in travel position with a 3/8" pin. The 7" handle radius gives you full turning power without bumping into gear, and the 11" clearance from bracket to top of the jack keeps the setup compact.
