Hey Seth,
The etrailer Electric Trailer Jack w/ 7-Way - Drop Leg - A-Frame - 18" Lift - 5K # e74GV may work on your 2015 Ford F-250, but there's a high chance that it won't straight out of the box. On 2015 and newer Ford trucks with a factory smart 7-way plug, the plug only provides limited power to accessories and since a jack like this one draws a high current, connector may not provide enough power for the jack.
To work around this, you can run a 10 gauge wire like 10 Gauge Wire - Blue Primary - Per Foot # 10-1-1 from your battery's positive terminal to the 12V circuit of your 7-way connector. You'll also need to have a breaker like 40 Amp In-Line Circuit Breaker - Perpendicular Mount Bracket # 9510 to prevent overloading the circuit. From there, you'll be able to connect the jack to your truck and it'll work just fine! For extra stability, I recommend adding a footpad like Replacement Pad for SnapPad Jack Stand Pad System - 6" Round Jack Foot # SN47FR.

I found that because the trailer lights weren't connected my 2019 f150 didn't appear to see the jack to power it. I wire the jack to a car battery that I already had in the trailer. As suggest in the previous comment running a power wire from under the hood would solve the problem.
