These Titan Chain ladder-pattern chains are great winter weather chains for your truck. The rounded twist links provide traction in deep snow - and some traction on ice - and they give you a smoother ride than traditional square links. If you're more likely to see seriously icy conditions where you live, you may instead want a chain with square or V-bar links that can really bite into the ice for more traction.
If you know your tire size, you may think you won't need to test fit your new chains. But there are a lot of variables that can affect whether chains will fit your specific tires, including your tire type, the amount of air pressure in the tire, the amount of tread wear, and the tire manufacturer. You'll also need to know how much clearance is in your wheel well, which you can determine by measuring from your tire tread to the sidewall of the wheel well.
We recommend that you order chains as early in the season as possible to give yourself plenty of time to test fit the chains and reorder if needed. This way, you won't be stuck out in the cold later with snow chains that don't fit.
You can test fit these chains in your garage or driveway, but you'll want to wait until there's snow on the ground to actually drive with them. Likewise, if you're out in the snow and come across bare pavement, you'll want to pull over and remove the chains. These chains can cause damage to the bare pavement, your garage floor, or your vehicle if they break from the wear of riding on a harsh surface.
Installing these chains is simple.
1. Lay out the chains on the ground to make sure there are no twists or kinks.
2. Drape the chains over your tires, making sure that the prongs attaching the cross chains to the side chains face away from your sidewalls.
3. On the back of the tire, pull the chain tight and hook the ends together.
4. Repeat this on the side chain on the front of the tire, then clamp the lever to fasten extra chain links and keep them from flapping as you drive.
5. Drive forward 2-3 vehicle lengths and recheck the chain tension. Rubber adjusters (sold separately) can be used to help give you a tight fit. Make sure the hooks on the adjusters face away from your tire so your wheels don't get scratched.

No cams or levers to come loose.Needed these chains for a snowboarding trio this December. Installed them in my yard to make sure they fit, and figure out which link worked best. Now that i know what link to use, next time it should only take sbout 10 min to put them on. I really like how they stay away from my wheels so should not scrstch them. My yard was very soft from recent rain and you can see how well the chains dig into the mud. Should be really good on snow/ice.
These chains fit perfectly on my 2022 F-150 with LT265/70R18's. Easy to mount, with adequate clearance.

Product fits on easily and gives great traction??
These chains worked perfectly . Used them on my Tacoma and was able to drive some snow and ice covered non-plowed state forest roads without issue. They were easy to install and remove.
Don’t know much about tire chains but these seem to fit and work well and no troubles at all with trailer as normal. Always my first choice for this type of kit.

Fantastic customer service. Ordered on a Friday afternoon, received by Tuesday, left to a snowy camp on Thursday. Chains did not list my tire size on the bag but included them on the website. Tried the sizing before I left home and they fit perfectly. Received almost 2 feet of snow and chained the fronts and backs in order to pull a 30' trailer up a nasty forest road. Wonderful to have the chains. Easy to put on and off. I’ve lived in a heavy snow area. 2 to 4 feet. They get lots of use.
Product arrived as promised. Titan chains are just what we needed. We won't be using these until October/November here in the high country so a little too early to provide a review on the quality.

Worked fantastic in our high Country snow!
I’m giving this 4 stars because was not able to used them and the roads were clear from the snow. They did fit well and was easy when I practiced putting them on. As for the company, the customer service is great and if you do need chains this is the place to order from. Thanks!!

I bought tire chains for the new Chevy truck that I just bought. I purchased the chains for piece of mind, just in case I ever needed to continue down the muddy/snowy road. To this date, I have only installed the chains once. While in the garage to make sure they fit.
Put them on to check fit, they fit grea t!!!!!
When I need them, these chains work great. Easy to get on and off and provide excellent traction. I also found E trailer to provide great service, placing, receiving the order and following up to be sure product meets expectations.
These are really good-quality chains. I dinged them one star because I ended up cutting three links (could have cut four) off both the inside and outside. With the TCMA2 rubber adjusters (that I also purchased) the chains seem reasonably snug and should work fine, but they could be a little smaller for my 255 65 17 tires.
Outstanding service - I called and asked to have part of the order shipped early since I was leaving on a trip and needed snow chains, they shipped the chains the next day. I will certainly use this site for any future purchases.
They give me awesome traction grip ice better than I would have expected. My 4 wheel drive went out on my truck while I was out ice fishing and I had the chains with and I walked right out of my predicament in 2 wheel drive with the chains on when I feel I would have struggled in 4 wheel drive with no chains.

Got the chains about noon today,and,put them on a spare after a couple of adjustments.They needed a couple links to lengthen them. I'm set for the winter now,and the price was quite reasonable.

So I bought these for my 2 wheel drive Suburban for a trip some friends and I make every year to Colorado. This year was the closest we came to using them and when we needed to see how they fit before we ever got stuck they were extremely easy to drive onto and secure. definitely recommend these just for the ease of use and felt confident even in a storm we could get these on and continue on.
