Hi Dan!

I see you grabbed the Titan Chain Snow Tire Chains - Ladder Pattern - Twist Links - Manual Tensioning - 1 Pair # TC2228 for the 275/60R20 tires on your 2007 Dodge Ram. These are the ones I was going to recommend as they will do a great job and are not overly aggressive. They are one of our most popular options for trucks and larger SUVs, so I think you will be very happy with them!

Do you already have adjusters though? Something like the Titan Chain Multi-Arm Rubber Tire Chain Adjuster for Light Trucks - 1 Pair # TCMA2 is always something I recommend as it will keep the chains from whipping around when you are driving. If you already have them, don't worry about it.
