Do you recommend these chains for a 25,000 lbs gooseneck trailer with 235/75R17.5 load range J18 tires, or is there a better chain

I do not, Aaron. Mainly because these chains are not listed as fit for that tire size. We do have the the Titan Chain Snow Tire Chains # TC2228 however, which will work with your tire.
