Thank you for your kind follow up. We are so impressed - in this day and age, we never see such commitment to products from a manufacturer. Thank you for that!! I wish we could add more details for you but we still have NEVER used them!!! The last time we went up to Big Bear, the roads were clear and there was no use for them. They seem to be holding well LOL!!. We are not avid ski folks so we dont get up to the mountains that often and our scheduled trip for this year turned out to be a bust - no snow!

There wasnt much snow here last season so they didnt get use. This season looks different on the mountain so I should find out soon.

That's a great tip, David. It's much better to familiarize yourself with the install/removal process in the comfort and safety of your garage or driveway instead of on the highway shoulder in the snow!!

the tire chains worked awesome. I have a home plow on my ford escape and all season tires. without the chains I could have never plowed, went through over one foot of snow without any problem. they are real easy to put on and worked better then my expectations. I did have to purchase new rubber tensioners because I coated the chains and rubber tensioners with dc 10 which made the rubber break down , that was my fault. looking forward to next winter, only to plow instead of snowblow.thanks

Great. I ended up needing them to park in the driveway at the place where we stayed. It was a little tough installing them in -9F temperature in the dark. I recommend gloves.

Ive recommended these to various people who were concerned about driving up steep hills in snow. I explain how easy it is to avoid sliding with these installed especially when on all 4 wheels to prevent fish-tailing. It makes a 2-wheel drive vehicle even better in snow than a 4-wheel drive. And they are so easy to install. Still highly recommended.
