Since there are four different stock tire sizes offered on the 2014 Honda Accord your best starting point is a check of your Accord owner's manual. Auto makers get the final word on use of tire chains on their vehicles and it is a good idea to see what Honda says about using chains on your particular vehicle version and tire size. I reviewed an online manual (for the sedan) and it indicated cable-type chains could be used on the front tires only. For example, for a 205/65-16 tire we offer cable chain # PW1038 from Glacier. You manual will tell you what's permissible for your particular car.
Your tires' size will be indicated on their sidewalls and you can then use the linked page to choose your size and see available chains. All tire chains require reduced driving speeds, typically no more than 30 mph.
I can tell you, based on a recent tire chain training event here at etrailer, that chains that are hard to install will tend not to be used. Tire chains that sit in your trunk will do you no good. I therefore recommend selecting better chains that feature automatic or assisted tensioning; these will be far easier to install and will actually get used and help you.
If for example you have size 205/65-16 tires you can use Konig D-Link chains # TH02230K34 which feature automatic tensioning, quick-release and built-in protection for your Accord's rims. These chains are suitable for on-road use.
You may care to review the linked article that provides a lot of good background information about tire chains, including state-by-state laws. In Vermont tire chains are "Permissible when required for safety because of snow, ice or other conditions".
Please feel free to let me know your tire size and I will be glad to offer specific recommendations.
