This tire-and-wheel combo is purpose-built for real highway use. The Kenda Karrier ST175/80R13 radial tire carries a 6-ply rating with a 1,360-lb maximum load at 50 psi. It’s paired to a 13" x 4-1/2" steel wheel rated for 1,660 lbs, giving you long-distance confidence backed by DOT compliance. The M (81 mph) speed rating and radial construction mean steadier tracking, less heat buildup, and smoother control mile after mile.
Moisture and salt can quickly ruin a standard trailer wheel, but this modular steel wheel is finished to fight back. The e-coating and white powder coat resist corrosion and help keep the wheel looking clean season after season. That durable finish adds strength and extends service life whether you’re towing through rain, sun, or humidity.
This tire couples the strength of a bias design with the stability of a radial. Double steel belts and full nylon plies work with a computer-generated tread pattern for confident traction on wet or dry pavement. The radial cords sit at a 90-degree angle to the direction of travel, limiting friction and rolling resistance so the tire runs cooler and wears evenly during long highway hauls.
No extra shop trip needed—the tire arrives already mounted on the wheel and inflated to proper pressure. Just bolt it on using the common 5 on 4-1/2" pattern, 1/2"-20 bolts, and 3.19" pilot diameter. The zero offset helps center the load evenly on your hub for stable handling, making installation straightforward and quick so you can get back on the road faster.
Unexpected damage can happen anytime, especially with heavy use. This tire includes a one-year worry-free guarantee that covers replacement at no charge if it’s damaged within the first 12 months—extra peace of mind built right in.
1. Count the lug holes
Look at the wheel hub or the back of the wheel and count how many lug holes there are(also called bolt holes).
Common configurations include: 4-lug, 5-lug, 6-lug and 8 lug
2a. For even lug counts (4-lug, 6-lug, 8-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole directly across to the center of the hole opposite it.
Common configurations: 4 on 4", 6 on 5.5", 8 on 6.5"
2b. For odd lug counts (5-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole to the outer edge of the hole directly across (not center-to-center since there's no directly opposite hole).
Common configurations: 5 on 4.5" (most popular), 5 on 5", 5 on 4.75", 5 on 5.5"

We lost a tire/rim off our camper. We wanted something to match what was already on the camper. This did! It was delivered really quickly also.
thanks Mariah A, for being proactive and sending email that item i ordered jumped on the back order for a long time.. saving me time she offered a replacement to get product to me fast... packaged well in boxes too...
Parts always come quickly and at a reasonable price. Haven’t needed the spare tire for my car dolly yet (thankfully), but it’s there when I do.
Thanks for the good service!
Nice looking tires work great on my small boat trailer. shipping was fast
I am putting them on an enclosed Chariot Motorcycle trailer, They look good though there is a slight defect in the paint on the backside of one wheel. Time will tell how they perform and hold up.
Was very happy with tires and wheels. I ordered on Friday and they were delivered on Tuesday, great company to work with. These tires are going on my boat trailer.
Great tires, no issues!!!
Great tires
Great mounted tire and bracket, top quality. My phone help was excellent except he really didn't understand the part I was asking about, a hub washer that goes on before the nut, and he sent two bearing races. No biggie, they were only a couple bucks. He did spend a lot of time trying to find that part and adding it to my order, and had a excellent attitude, so great customer service too. This tire was bought as a spare, but the quality is so much better than the originals, I will buy another and put them on the trailer, save the IE tire as a spare.
Mounted up easy & gets the spare just out of the way of the folding down salt shield on my Aluma 8616 snowmobile trailer. Had to move everything ahead so that the mount was making contact with the coupler but it works.
tires came ready to use. pressure was spot on, and used them to day trailer tracked great and smooth, great tire at interstate speed. but I don't believe they helped me catch my limit of fish today but you can never know for sure. Great customer service and will recommend etrailer.
I received my order only a few days after ordering. The packaging was done really well. I have not used the tires yet so I can't give an excellent rating or comment on how well the tires work. The ordering, delivery and condition of my order was perfect though. Very happy.

A year later they are working great. Happy with the tires and their performance.
Exactly what I needed to upgrade my 'may pop' tires and rusted wheels on my utility trailer. Was wanting a load range C trailer tire, and none of the local box stores could touch this. Great trailer tire and wheel combo, good price and delivered to my door.
The tire/wheel combo looks good and was packaged perfectly. But, the reason I purchased this from etrailer.com was for two reasons, price and customer service. The price was half of what local retail shops were selling for. Customer service is top notch at etrailer. I had placed my order in hopes to receive the items that week. Unfortunately, it was apparent early on that it would not make it before my hope to arrive date. I was contacted by George J. immediately and was given an explanation for the delay and that efforts were being made to fulfill my order. I was then contacted by Ahren J. who offered other options and similar products that would ship out immediately. I stayed with my original item and it arrived as predicted. I've read tons of reviews on etrailer's customer service and how good it was and George and Ahren lived up to the reviews. Thank you! I will definitely use etrailer.com for furture purchases.
After 10 or so short trips the tires are holding up excellent. However I can not comment on long term or highway speed performance. The tires are not as stiff or thick as the old bias ply tires they replaced, but they seem to be more stable laterally and still absorb more bumps so a definite improvement over my old bias ply tires. On a dual axle 24' pontoon boat trailer.

Bias Ply tires do indeed have a stiffer sidewall, but radial tires do a better job of shedding heat. This makes radials ideal for the higher speeds encountered on the highway. Excessive heat is one of the main contributors to premature tire failure, which is why we will just about always recommend choosing radial tires if the choice is available in the size you need.
i am rating my previous purchase of this same set of tires since I have not been on the road with the new set. All trips from Albuquerque over 6 years included interstate speeds and many gravel roads campgrounds.Glacier park MT north rim grand canyon AZ san juan islands WA Tread ware look. 3200 gvw popup 1999 Coleman is garage kept but I still use a 4 to 6 year age rule before heading out on my long trips. I do get inside edge treadwear due to a slightly bent axle I inherited from previous owner. This is my 3rd set since 2010. I still carry 2 spares every trip I have changed tires in the nick of time 3 times over the years (not this set)

Awesome! Ive put on about 100 miles since getting these. These radials get less heated from high speeds and give a much smoother ride in the tow vehicle. Switch to radial trailer tires if youre on the highway a lot and buy them here!
I put 1000 miles on these tires last year. Great tires, great price, great service!
Exactly what I ordered. It was backordered, but came in earlier than expected. Great customer service and they kept me informed. Thank you. Look forward to hitting the road with my new wheels and tires.

Working great after 1 year, after taking the camper out of state and into the mountains with no issues, very pleased.
Great product fit as expected. Only issue was ordered from instock tag on website and two days later get the dreaded backordered from manufacturer. Since I did not need immediately that was fine as it only took a little over three weeks to be delivered. Shipped and packed great would definitely buy again. Received several emails keeping me informed. Have bought several other items from etrailer and always pleased with the service shipping and packing!

One year later out on about 6000 miles they are doing great! Stays parked in box nc salt air and no that unlike the old boss tires. Very happy with etrailer.
This is the only place to go on the internet for anything trailer related. Best parts and accessories and free shipping. Can't beat that...
Great tire and rim package. Also great customer service. The tires were out of stock temporarily and they followed up to make sure that the tires would arrive in time for my snowmobile trip.
Tires were shipped in nice sturdy boxes and fit perfectly on new hubs I installed on a recent trailer purchase. Previous owner had the wrong size wheel and tires with an even smaller spare. Now I have all matching.
fast free shipping.

No issues with your service BUT you should only be selling tires made in the USA. Kenda is made in Taiwan. From what I can research, Goodyear is the only tire made in America. Itll cost a little more but Ill only buy Goodyear!!!
