While we don't know what tire size is on your 1998 StarCraft Meteorite pop-up, if you take a look at the current tire's sidewall the size will be on it. Since you want to get a bigger one you also need a wheel, so you'll have to know your wheel bolt pattern. If you aren't sure what it is I have added links below to a help article and printable template which show how to find it.
For example if you had a 12 inch tire and wheel and wanted to go with a 13 inch and you have a 5 on 4-1/2" bolt pattern you could go with the Karrier ST175/80R13 Radial Trailer Tire w/ 13" White Modular Wheel - 5 on 4-1/2 # AM31957. I have added a link below to our entire selection of tires and wheels.
As for the lift kit, that depends on if you have a standard or torsion axle. For a standard leaf spring axle you can go with the Lift Kit # LC87120.
For a torsion axle, it needs to be a Dexter axle and you have to know the axle number specifically. For example if you have a Dexter #9 Torflex axles with a 2,000 lb capacity you would need the Torflex Lift Kit # K71-723-01.
I have added a link below to our selection of lift kits as well.
