I would be happy to help you out but I need some more information about the bolt pattern and size of your wheel. I've added a link for you on how to measure for bolt pattern, and the size will be the diameter of the wheel. I assume the wheel is 13 inches but just wanted to check and make sure. I would still need to confirm the bolt pattern as well. If you can get back to me with that information I'll be happy to let you know your best option.
