The steel wheel stands up to corrosion thanks to a durable white powder coat layered over an e-coat primer. That finish keeps moisture and grime from getting a foothold, so the wheel still looks clean after long use in wet or humid conditions.
The bias-ply design uses thick nylon cords set at 30-45 degrees, crossing in alternating layers to create stiff sidewalls that flex as a unit. That layout helps the tire stay stable and ride smoothly when you’re rolling across uneven surfaces or packed ground. It’s a simple, durable structure that handles bumps without fuss.
No fitment guesswork here. The 8" wheel comes drilled in a 4 on 4" bolt pattern with a 2.5" pilot diameter, 1/2"-20 wheel bolts, and zero offset for an even stance. The tire measures 5.9" wide with an 18.0" outer diameter when inflated, giving you a compact setup that tracks straight and feels balanced out of the box.
If this tire gets damaged within the first year, it’s replaced at no charge under Kenda’s worry-free guarantee. That kind of backing makes it easy to hook up and tow knowing you’re covered if something goes wrong early on.
1. Count the lug holes
Look at the wheel hub or the back of the wheel and count how many lug holes there are(also called bolt holes).
Common configurations include: 4-lug, 5-lug, 6-lug and 8 lug
2a. For even lug counts (4-lug, 6-lug, 8-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole directly across to the center of the hole opposite it.
Common configurations: 4 on 4", 6 on 5.5", 8 on 6.5"
2b. For odd lug counts (5-lug)
Measure from the center of one lug hole to the outer edge of the hole directly across (not center-to-center since there's no directly opposite hole).
Common configurations: 5 on 4.5" (most popular), 5 on 5", 5 on 4.75", 5 on 5.5"

These were a great upgrade to the smaller tires that came with my 4'x8' trailer. Now I have a higher load rating, no speed restriction and the slightly larger diameter raises the trailer which levels it nicely and reduces wear on the bearings. And they were cheap! THANK YOU.

Ive done 1 trip on these tires - fully loaded with over 1000 pounds, 275 mi trip. They were great. No problems at all, and the axles on the trailer stayed cool at 70 mph. The old, smaller tires the trailer came with would have made the bearings hot at that speed.
Delivery seems untrustworthy! Box was opened coming out of the UPS delivery truck! Picture is how I found delivery today!
Received Tire/Wheel assembly in perfect condition. Excellent price, fit and delivery. Really impressed! The tires and Wheels are going on a recently restored 4x8 utility trailer that belonged to my wife's dad that passed away. We use it to haul our Garden Tractor to cut our lawn down the Ocean that is 150 miles away every two weeks. I wanted a tire and wheel assembly that would match the older wheels and they do. Excellent tires and rims for a small boat trailer, the ones I replaced were old rusty rims and dry rotted tires .
