Rough pavement and long hauls can beat up a trailer fast. This 7-leaf double-eye spring flexes to soak up bumps and road shock, keeping your trailer steady and your cargo from bouncing around. Each spring supports 4,000 lbs, pairing up for an 8,000-lb axle. The design helps reduce wear on the frame and running gear while keeping the ride level across uneven ground.
Hauling heavy loads takes real strength. Each of the seven steel leaves is 3/8" thick, stacked to handle weight and movement without sagging. The solid construction keeps the trailer suspension tight and consistent mile after mile, replacing worn-out stock springs with something built for the long haul.
Getting the right fit matters when you’re swapping suspension parts. This spring measures 24-7/8" from eye to eye (unloaded) and 1-3/4" wide, so it lines up cleanly with standard hangers and 9/16" bolts. Nylon bushings come pre-installed to keep movement smooth and quiet through every flex of the suspension.
When one side wears out before the other, your trailer can start to lean or pull. Replacing both springs at once keeps axle alignment correct and suspension performance even. Each new spring restores proper geometry so the trailer tracks straight, rides level, and handles the way it should.

My spring kept going flat and bottoming out. Put these in and so far so good. I also have the cousioned equalizer. Much better ride and less bucking in the cab.

Seems to be a better product than the Dexter leaf springs on my Landmark 365.
I will start by saying we had issues getting the correct part...but E-Trailer stayed with me. They did a great job and followed through. I received my parts on time so I could make my trip. All the phones calls I placed i was received with pleasant people and tried their best to make sure everything was good. Now getting the spring........way better than the O.E. part, better banding and the spring eyes were actually round and not ovaled out. Will definitely buy again when needed!!! E-Trailer GREAT JOB!!!!!!
some dings and scratches on it when i opened the box but that wont affect how it works etrailer sells bronze bushings which to me are better than the plastic ones these leaf springs had why not sell them with the bronze bushings installed

If you broke your 6 leaf spring, definitely upgrade to the seven leaf spring. Make sure you purchase the extra long u-bolts to accommodate that extra spring.
etrailer was prompt at getting my order shipped and delivered, as always. Now that I have 6 months and 3600 miles on these 8000# leaf springs, I thought I would give them a review. I have a pair of Dexter 7K axles on my 2008 fifth wheel where the individual wheel weights were Drivers side Frt 3600, Rr 3500, passanger side Frt 2900, Rr 3100. The Drvr Rr spring broke and I replaced it with a Dexter 3500#, which clearly had "Made in China" stenciled on it. I drove 500mi and inspected it. The 3 original springs had an nice arc as they should, however the new one was in the shape of a "W" and there was witness marks where the U-bolts were contacting the frame. Knowing the weights, I decided to upgrade to 7-leaf 4000# springs and actually ordered them from Dexter at $218/spring. I canceled when I was having to wait 3 1/2 weeks for delivery and ordered these instead at $57. I was skeptical, as others were, because these too were stenciled "Made in China", but they have performed well. I would not hesitate to buy them again.
Working great so far. I ordered a replacement and spare. I had a broken leaf spring on my 2024 Brinkley G3500 w/Dexter's 8K-lb axles. It fit perfectly. Time will tell how it holds up, but happy with it so far after 1K miles on it.
I got these as an upgrade for my Wolf Pack 365Pack16. The stock springs were destroyed after a year and about 15k miles towing. These lifted the camper a bit. I'll know how well they work after I tow to FL from IN in a couple weeks.
Bought these to replace my 3500lb stock leafs that had flattened out. My old springs measured 25-1/4 and these were a good replacement even though they were slightly shorter. These will fit 7k axles you just have to get longer u bolts.
The springs look great. I did change out the bushings to bronze bushings. I upgraded to these springs from my worn springs for 7000lb axles. Shipping was very fast.

Nice move with the bushings, Shawn! Keep in mind that increasing the capacity of the springs won't necessarily increase the capacity of your trailer....
This spring seems to be very well made.the spring keeper clip is much more sturdy than many of the competitors. I'm disappointed that the springs come with plastic bushings. I really wish they had come with brass bushings. Now I have to press out the plastic ones and put brass in myself.
The leaf springs I purchased from you have worked very well for my Montana fifth wheel. They have built well, strong and sturdy. Please thank you and everybody involved in making them and getting them to me properly.
So far so good on the leaf springs. The bolted up nicely. Waiting to see how they hold up long term. These are going on a 2021 rogue armored toyhauler. I upgraded to these from the 6 leaf springs I had that failed.
Part of a full upgrade. Trailer is riding at least 2” higher than with the flattened springs.

New springs definitely do the trick, for sure!!
I replaced the leaf springs and upgraded the shackles one end of the axel at a time. My ten year old Jayco Pinnacle 36KPTS was sagging on driver's side. This side has two slide outs and is heavier. I also replaced the rubber shear springs. I put a sharpie pen mark on the wet bolts to make sure the grease hole is at 3 or 9 o'clock positions. I am very happy with the installation. I used an 11mm socket to remove the plastic bushing in the leaf spring eyes and used a hammer to tap in the brass bushings that came with the wet bolt upgrade kit.

I have made a couple of trips with the new setup and heard popping and creaking coming from the trailer suspension. I think the Ubolts just needed to be tightened a bit after settling in. No more sagging.
