Is your axle an 8k axle or is it a 4k? If it is an 8k axle then you would want a spring like the part # e89FV but you would have to move in your current hangers. Did you measure your springs with the trailer's weight on the suspension or without?

It's a #7000 Dexter axle. I want to install #4000 springs on it. Dexter said it came with 25.25 eye to eye springs. There is nothing that I can find anywhere rated at #4000 that is 25.25 eye to eye. The 24-7/8 is closest I've found. No, I do not want to move any hangers.

@DaveB In that length the closest option we have would be for 7k rated axles like the # TRU52FR which are 6 leaf and individually are rated for 3,500 lb. As long as you stay under the axle capacity of the trailer these would work great and would install easier since you wouldn't have to move hangers.

Yea, that spring isn't going to work for what I'm looking for. The free arch in it isn't going to be tall enough at only around 3". As in my original request I'm looking for a 4 to 4.5 free arch.

@Dave That's not a typical dimension that is used when picking out replacement springs. Do you have a very specific ride height you are trying to maintain?
