Yes, I can verify that the 1-3/4 inches that you're seeing from Measurement D is accurate for the 24-7/8" Long 7-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 8,000-lb Trailer Axles # DX74XR. Just an FYI there is another version of this leaf spring (with the same measurement), the 7-Leaf Double-Eye Spring for 8,000-lb Trailer Axles # e89FV.
