  The Keystone Carbon 417 should have a 35" axle spread which can be confirmed by measuring from the center of each axle. In which case, we have options from both Dexter and MORryde. With that said the GVWR of your 2018 Heartland cyclone 4250 is 16.7k which three 6k axle leaf spring setups would be adequate for since that's 18k worth of capacity. I found one example of a person online who had found some cracks in their rubber and MORryde just went ahead and sent them out all new equalizers.
