Features to know about

Brighter and More Efficient Lighting: 6-Diode LED Output

Older incandescent lights draw more power and fade with time. This Optronics amber oval light uses six LEDs that are far more efficient and last up to 50 times longer. At 12.8V, it only draws 0.040 amps while providing bright, even illumination. The clear, crisp light keeps visibility high with minimal strain on your electrical system—perfect if you’re upgrading or replacing worn-out lamps.

No Separate Reflector Needed: Built-In Reflex Reflector

Keeping your setup clean and simple is easy with the integrated reflex reflector. It eliminates the need for a separate reflector while still meeting DOT requirements. The amber lens gives strong reflection even when the light is off, so you stay visible day or night without adding extra parts or hardware.

Simple Wiring and Mounting: 2-Wire Surface Mount Design

Installation is straightforward thanks to the surface-mount base and two-wire hookup. It mounts on 3" centers, with black for power and white for ground. You just remove the lens to access the screw holes and secure it with standard screws. No complicated adapters or housings to fuss with—it’s a clean fit that looks factory once installed.

Reliable Construction That Lasts: Durable ABS Housing

This light is built with a durable ABS housing and an acrylic lens for long service life. At 4" long x 2-1/16" tall x 1" deep, it’s compact but sturdy. It’s P2 rated for a focused 90-degree beam spread, making it ideal as either a clearance light or a side marker light. With the sealed LED design and lifetime warranty on the diodes, you won’t be swapping bulbs again anytime soon.

Product came loose in the shipping box with no mounting hardware or installation instructions. After looking at it I figured out the lens pops of and that's how you access the holes to mount it. The light looks like a decent product though, will just have to make a trip to the store for hardware which is a little bit of an inconvenience.

Lights arrived quickly, installed easily, work great. Just what I needed and etrailer delivered. Thanks!

Still working great. They are much brighter than the old filament-style marker lights.

by:

These lights are an excellent upgrade for my pop-up camper. I highly recommend them over incandescents for replacement of old faded marker lights.

by:

Great lights. I get asked about them everywhere I go. Super bright and being led they are have very low amp draw. I led a small caravan once in heavy rain. Those that were behind me could not believe how well my trailer lights blasted through the rain.

by:

Very bright and a good match for the old unit that broke due to age.

by:

A good light that is perfect on my motorcycle camping trailer, gives off ample light for others to see because a motorcycle can sometimes be more difficult to notice than a larger vehicle. These are replacing old original incandescent lights, thay are brighter and use less electricity making it easier on the motorcycles electrical system. The product is as described on etrailer and arrived on time and in good condition.

by:

Excellent set of lights for my horse trailer. Installation was easy and the brightness of the LED lights is outstanding. No more replacing bulbs or cleaning contacts for the bulbs to work properly. Etrailer shipping was fast and all products were excellent.

by:

I was very fortunate to have purchased an all fiberglass enclosed motorcycle trailer from a friend who no longer rides. Over the years I have updated to all LED lighting and replaced all hardware to marine grade stainless. I live in the tropics with high humidity and plenty of salt erosion, therefore, this is further protection against corrosion. LED lights purchased from your company we’re not only reasonably priced but excellent quality...

by:

I purchased a set of tail lights and markers for my flatbed trailer. They are very bright. I know where I will order any more lights when needed.

by:

LED lights are the way to go. The reflective marker lights are great for times when the lights aren't on yet headlights will reflect off them letting the driver know there is something there. The only thing would be better on these lights would be a better ground.

by:

The lights work great, very bright. Easy to connect the wires and mounting was a breeze.

Good buy for a great side marker. Lamp comes with about a five or six inch lead wires that simplify electrical installation.

LED lights are bright and working well after a year of regular use.

by:

I was having problems with the electrical system on my horse trailer. Basically the marker and tail lights were all original (18 years old) and worn out. I believe they were causing shorts as well as drawing way too much current. We changed all the trailer lights to LED and the transformation is remarkable - no more braking problems, no more dim barely working runnig lights. The service from etrailer was excellent. Everything arrived as ordered and promised.

by:

replaced trailer wireing with thicker wire, replaced 4 side marker lights led, replaced both tail lights led, all worked and look good. I just hope these led lights last a long time. the lights I took off all worked, but were not as bright as I wanted, they were the original lights that were on my pontoon boat trailer.

by:

Lights were exactly as described and work great. I got them on right away and they are exactly as advertised and the price is great.
Shipping was pretty fast too, didn't expect them for another few days so that was great too.

Lights are great and work exactly as describer. great product and great service and shipping.

by:

I removed a light of the same shape that had an incandescent bulb. This light did not require any electrical changes such as the addition of a resistor. It did require one new hole per fixture due to the holes not lining up with the holes from the old light. Also, the size of the screws/bolts that held it in place had to be smaller. I used 10-32 screws and lock nuts to secure it. This was NOT a direct replacement as I thought it would be. The 2 wires about about 2 gauges smaller than the original light. It works fine once installed. It caused added expense and more labor. Looks pretty much identical to what I took off but it is brighter and builds no heat when on. For the money, it was a good purchase.

by:

One of the best upgrades I made was switching the lights to LED.

by:

the item does not exactly match the running lights that I replaced but they will have to do I guess.

by:

I used this side marker to replace existing Bargman 99 series lights on a camping trailer. The Optronics LED model was not quite as bright as I would expect for a 6 diode unit, but still an improvement over the incandescent model. It is larger in size than the Bargman 99 series, so it covers up any surface imperfections on the trailer.

by:

Great lights

by:

I needed to replace some of the lights on my boat trailer. The old light were incandescent and some of the bulbs had burned out, securing screws were rusted. Product was exactly what I was looking for. Links on each product web page provided very good description and product information.

Thank you for great selection and process.

I am very happy, the lights are working great, with no issues. Thank you

by:

Worked well. Wires could be longer to make installation easier.

by:

Easy install on my horse trailer. Nice and bright, just as expected.

by:

Excellent products, great customer service and very competitive pricing are why I choose etrailer for my towing and trailer needs.

by:

With several of the MCL31 clearance I had half or all of the LEDs stop working. I did not at the time realize they had a lifetime guarantee so I just threw them away. When A bunch of the LEDs in both BUL52CBs and about half of the turn/stop LEDs in the STL37RB went out, I contacted etrailer and they happily replaced them, but it took a couple of weeks and I had to pay the shipping. When I replaced all of my trailer lighting, I had thought that I would never have to worry about it again. LEDs should last forwver. That turns out to not be the case and it is a lot harder to change out hard wired LEDs than socketed incandescent bulbs. I wish I could find reliable long lasting LED trailer lighting.
