When an old light cracks or fails, this rectangular 4" long x 2" tall incandescent light makes for a dependable swap. It works as either a clearance or side marker light, with a black ABS plastic base and an amber acrylic lens that includes a built-in reflex reflector. The lens is replaceable, so if it ever gets damaged you can change it out without replacing the whole fixture.
You don’t need special tools or custom brackets here. The light surface mounts on 3" centers using 1/4" diameter holes and connects with a twist-in bulb socket that includes both a power lead and ground wire. Just drill a small hole for the wiring and bulb base, mount it up, and it’s ready to work. Hardware isn’t included, giving you flexibility to use whatever fasteners match your setup best.
This light uses a standard 194 bulb that draws only 0.2 amps at 12.8V, giving solid illumination without adding much electrical load. The P2 rating means it shines in a 90-degree pattern (45 degrees to each side of center), making it perfect for use as either a clearance or side marker light when properly positioned.
The MC32ABB meets DOT requirements so you can stay compliant on the road. Its non-submersible design is ideal for dry-use trailers or any installation where water exposure isn’t a concern. Very happy with my purchase. These lights are the exact same as the OEM lights on my '15 Forest River Grey Wolf. My reason for purchase was that one original of the lenses had gone missing (likely on the side of the highway somewhere) and a full replacement light was less expensive than a replacement lens alone. I only really needed to get the lens cover for the lights, but with the price being very affordable I bought the whole unit, 2 red and 2 amber for front and rear clearance lights. I needed to replace a clearance light on my travel trailer and this light was the exact replacement by the Manufacturer and was identical to to original. Fully satisfied with this product. 2022 Springdale trailer.
Good replacement for the Glo-Brite position lamps on my 2013 Winnebago Vista. Glo-Brite is no longer in business and these are recommended by Winnebago as a replacement. Unfortunately, some drilling is required b/c the wires exit the fixture in a different spot than the original lamps, and the rubber seal around the new lamp socket (where the wires exit) protrudes from the back of the fixture, so a new hole in the center is required to make this part fit. However, the mounting screws are in the same location, so no new holes are required for those.

It's very hard to find a black base on marker lights in local stores throughout the US. I'm glad etrailer carries black base marker lights to match my camper's other lights. This worked great!
