Unfortunately, I am not able to see exactly what lights were installed on the upper cap for your 2004 Fleetwood Jamboree M23E. Fleetwood does not keep a database with the part information on their campers. I do know the Clearance Light # MC32ABB was a very popular one used. You can check this with the dimensions on your cover and the shape. This light is 4" long and 2" tall. It uses the 194 Bulb # A194B and Lens # A32AB.
If you find you have a different lens you can send me an image with the dimensions so I can see if there is a replacement. You may also consider upgrading to the LED Light # MCL32ABB so you do not have to worry about changing bulbs in the future. These use the same Lens # A32AB and will need the Gasket # A32GB to create a watertight seal against your camper.
