Waterproof cameras let you keep an eye on your blind spots whether you're changing lanes on a busy highway or backing up into a tight campsite space. Motion sensors automatically power the monitor to alert you of prowling animals or trespassers.

Note: Will not work on 2016 and newer Mercedes Benz Sprinter or GM trucks that have PWM wiring.
When you've hit some heavy traffic on the way to the campsite, the last thing you want to worry about is getting into a wreck. This wireless backup camera system with side marker light cameras helps minimize blind spots when someone is speeding past you on a busy road. The third brake light camera on the rear will also give you peace of mind that you'll be able to back up more safely, even at nighttime or in other low-light conditions.
Stressed about not knowing what is happening around your large Class A motorhome? Whether you're on the road or parked at the campground, this camera system includes marker light cameras so you can monitor everything going on around your RV. And these DOT-approved lights have detachable covers so it's easy to swap out the LED bulbs later on in the future.
The 2 amber marker lights have a 65-degree viewing angle so you can keep an eye out on the sides of your RV, whereas the red marker light has a 120-degree viewing angle to help you navigate while backing up. The rear camera can also serve as your third brake light.
Depending on your camera setup, this system allows you to add 1 additional camera (FCN48TASF - sold separately) for a total of 4 cameras. You can view all camera angles simultaneously with the touch screen as you're driving down the highway.
Or if you're set up at a campsite for the weekend, the motion sensors on the cameras will automatically power the monitor on if they sense movement in the form of a prowling animal or person.
Tired of yelling back and forth to your partner out the window as you're struggling to back in at a good angle? The built-in microphone on the rear camera and integrated speakers on the monitor allow a spotter to relay information or instructions to you from outside your vehicle. This makes it much easier and safer for you to back up in a crowded campground.
No more wondering if you're getting too close to another vehicle, tree, curb, or your kid's bike while backing up. The rear assist marker lines take out the guesswork to avoid collisions and safely maneuver your RV. The lines are displayed in 3 different colors (green, yellow, and red) to help gauge the proximity of objects within your view.
The rear camera has 8 infrared LEDs and the side cameras have 12 infrared LEDs, so you'll have a clear picture even in low-light conditions at dusk or in complete darkness at night. These LEDs provide ample illumination up to 16' for the rear camera and 39' for the side cameras should you arrive at the campsite after dark. And during the day, the integrated IR cut filter blocks out the infrared light during the day so you'll still be able to have crips, natural-looking images.
If it's raining out, or if you just simply need to wash your RV, the waterproof, IP65-rated camera will be protected against low-pressure water jet sprays. And if you're driving through rough country roads, the camera will resist dust and dirt from building up or getting inside.
This camera system includes 2 different mounting options for the monitor, depending on how you want to display it. You can either use the suction cup to stick it onto your dashboard or windshield. Or you can attach the tabletop mount so the monitor sits on your dashboard, and the 4 non-slip pads will help prevent it from shifting around. To power the monitor, simply plug it into a 12-volt light or cigarette lighter outlet.
Because this system is wireless, installation is much easier than it would be with a wired system, as you'll only need to do minimal drilling and wiring. The side and rear marker lights will typically replace your existing clearance lights and bolt down with the included mounting screws. You are, however, able to install the cameras in other areas on your RV. Just be sure that the cameras won't interfere with any slide outs or other moving components.
With both the side and rear cameras included, this system can be used for both observation and for backing up. Just wire the side marker cameras to the running lights and the rear camera to the reverse lights. A trigger wire is also included to wire the side cameras to your turn signals. So whenever you need to make a right-hand turn and activate the blinker, that camera view will immediately pop up on the monitor.

Instructions are clear and easy to follow, I was not clear about what to do with the trigger wire when you are retro fitting to an older RV, the FAQ on etrailer had the info, thanks for that.
Installed this on a 2000 Lance camper sitting on a 1978 Ford F250
The side cameras were very easy to install, the backup camera required a little bit on modification to the camper.
I did not like the monitor install options so did some simple modifications to the stand so I could use ram-mounts.
Final setup is amazing
Pretty good. Easy to install. Directions could be better, however. One major annoyance is neither of the two mounting stations do a good job of holding the display.
Package arrived super quick... etrailer always delivers quality products in a timely fashion. Thanks!
It was plug and play as advertised
Huge thank you to eTrailer support team and Katrina specifically for reading through reviews and striving to improve the situation!
I am used to running into problems and then on my own problems waiting till warranty periods run out, and I just wanted to say "may have had a weather seal failure" but Katrina came to the rescue and managed a special 1 Time Only exchange for a replacement unit.
Still need to get it installed, but the video I remember before the seal failure was fantastic! So I am going to install as soon as the weather warms up a bit and not delay like the other 3 cameras I am now more likely to get to later this summer =o)
I have a 2020 Grand Design momentum toy hauler.. The side cameras hoioke up very easily.. The rear I had to remove the security camera mount and drill new holes to mount rear camera and light.. Not terrible.. The screen has room for a 4th sec camera and not sure why it wouldnt be included in this kit.. Havent used it other than hook up but nice to see behing you..
As I have yet to install the camera set this review is geared more towards etrailer. First great site where products are easy to find. Super customer service. High tech folks who actually help. Videos for product information and installation. And a host of folks that research so you don't have too. Great prices and fast shipping. Only downfall no accounts to save later purchases in. OH Well! I guess I will have to suffer. :)
Wow makes driving and backing a lot safer. I love the extra protection to see what is happening outside while we’re camping.
I purchased this as a backup camera for my small RV, which already had been pre-wired with a Furrion mount already installed that looked just like this one. Installation was easy enough for the monitor, although the preinstalled mount was for an older version camera, and this newer one was slightly different, which required me to remove the old mount, seal holes, and put new holes in my RV to install this one. The wiring connector was also different, which required cutting the existing wiring and installing a compatible connector for the new camera. That was a disappointment. Also, I regret getting the 7" monitor instead of the 5". The resolution of both are the same, and the 7" is just too large to be out of the way in my GMC Yukon. Plus a bigger monitor doesn't give better quality.
But honestly, I expected more from this Furrion product, especially given the price. As a reference, I also purchased a different wireless backup camera from a different manufacturer for my tow vehicle which was 720p and $150, which has proved to be of higher quality and a better overall experience. In addition, within less than 6 months, the overly-fragile plastic exterior antenna on the camera developed a crack and Furrion refused to replace it, instead sending me a link to buy a $10 replacement. This will be my last Furrion product purchase.
Also, prospective buyers should be aware of what I found to be really poor video quality from the 480p 7" monitor. Even with this low resolution and low bandwidth, the video still stutters, as if the frame rate is like 8-10 frames per second. It is definitely not smooth. My RV is only 16' long OAL, including tongue, so the range is about 25' max from camera to monitor. It should be better, IMO, and definitely for the price. I find it practically unusable in low light situations. I would not recommend this product, nor would I purchase it again, sadly.
This is a great little camera and relatively easy to install. I installed it on my 1974 Prowler in less than an hour. It should be obvious the camper was not pre-wired for a camera so I wired it into my running lights. I no longer have to look for shadows when I think a car is on my bumper. All I have to do is turn on my parking or head lights.
The camera lens gives a fish eye view, so when you see a car, it's relatively close. I bought the version with the small screen and it's fine, although I think the large one would be better.
I thought I could use the windshield mount but with progressive lense sunglasses it was giving me a headache as I was squinting to see what was on the screen as it was the distance portion of the glasses. I now keep the screen at dashboard height, so it's in my reading range and doesn't strain my eyes.
We're in the middle of a 6000 +- mile trip and a camera is working great. It really helps with visibility on the road and parking.
A word of caution: the instructions tell you to drill a 5/8 hole in the camper for the wiring. The grommet is 1/2 inch, so drill 1/2 inch hole and you won't have to source a 5/8 inch grommet.
I highly recommend the unit. Consider spending the extra for the bigger screen and mount the screen below the top of the dash.
Our camera failed at 11 months so still under warranty which etrailer honored. They got a replacement out quickly
We've had this Backup Camera for a year, and we won't ever go back to not having one. Of course, it makes backing up so much easier than trying to rely on the side view mirrors, especially when you do not have someone to guide you. But where it really shines is using the camera as our rear-view mirror while pulling our travel trailer. It helps ensure we can change lanes safely, a BIG PLUS!
1 year later. This past year we finished visiting all 50 states. Driving a truck camper with our backup camera. Excellent purchase, could not have driven as much as we have without it!
Having a good backup camera is a godsend on the highway. It makes changing lanes and taking turns so much easier when you can clearly see what is happening behind you. This camera does the job very well and has taken all the stress out of towing. The screen is nice and bright, and when the camera detects low light conditions, it automatically switches to a grayscale night mode so it's not blinding you as you drive. My only minor complaint is that there have been just a few times when the connection has been a bit laggy. I imagine this isn't a problem at all with a hard wired connection though. Worth every penny!
Super easy installation on a camper that already had the underlying Furrion power supply wire. Great quality picture and audio. Highly recommend this for the price!
Since my travel trailer came pre-wired for this, installation was a breeze. Plugged in 7” monitor to my dash and camera paired right away. But, since then, it had not worked. After doing some research I found out that my headlights on my 2019 Ford F-150 must be set to on and not automatic in order to make Bluetooth connection. Ever since that it has worked flawlessly. Really makes backing into campsites easier. I would recommend that this be your first upgrade.

Still works well and overall, I’m pleased. However I find the two side cameras are of limited value because they are mounted so low.
