Hello, neighbors and friends, Steve here with etrailer.com. Folks, today we're taking a look together at our Furrion Vision S Wireless RV backup camera system with four included LED marker lights and cameras. So folks, this is gonna give you a nice seven inch display screen. It's a wireless backup camera system that's gonna improve your side view and rear view visibility on your RV or camper. It's also gonna minimize your blind spots on both sides and the rear, which in turn should help prevent accidents and just give you an overall better view of what's going on while you're traveling down the road or parking. Now this kit can support up to four wireless cameras, so you can get additional wireless cameras purchased separately.
Now the whole unit here is DOT approved and the CMOS marker light cameras create a nice clear digital video in full color. Now you're gonna get two amber light cameras. They have an impressive 65 degree viewing angle on them. So you can see they're angled out and you can see all the different LED lights and everything there. The housing comes off for quick and easy changing of the LED bulbs if for some reason they ever need replaced.
And again, they give you that angled view on the camera. Now the rear taillight one, as you can see, uses the booster antenna 'cause it's farther back, but it also has the same feature as far as the lens can be removed, and it gives you an impressive 120 degree viewing angle. Now the monitors and sensors will trigger the monitor itself to turn on when it gets motion. And it's an IR cut filter that's built in. It's going to block out all infrared light during the daytime and that's gonna capture better natural looking images.
Now as far as the LEDs on the side cameras, there are 12 LEDs on the side that's gonna help give you 39 feet of nighttime visibility. And on the rear one you have eight surrounding LEDs around the camera and that's gonna give you 16 feet of nighttime viewing at the back one. Now, as you can see why I got this guy after it fell over. So this has a suction mount on there for the windshield or for a window. You can simply pop that out just like that.
And then you have a standing one that you could pop on and literally just pushes in place. And then you could pop that down like that. And it could pivot side to side and give you a better view as well. So again, you got the suction for the windshield and the base just by itself. Now as far as the screen, again, seven inches of full color. It's an LCD touchscreen monitor. It's gonna give you a quad screen, so it would give you the hash marks there and split it into four individual camera angles. Simultaneously, that's gonna help you while you're driving down the road or parking, like I said. It has auto dimming, anti glare. It's gonna be super easy to see in any light condition day or night. You can change the brightness, color contrast, image orientation. Everything can be color coded. You can make the rear assist marker line show distance from other objects. So if you want to see distance while you're backing up, it'll show you the distance. It also has an auto offsetting that powers the monitor down after 10, 20 or 30 seconds depending on how you set it up. Now the cool thing with these, they also have speakers built into 'em. So the speakers are gonna let you hear things outside. So maybe if you're getting help backing up, the microphone is gonna pick up your friend's voice. And when you hear 'em saying stop or this much farther or whatnot. It also has a built-in digital transmitter that's gonna offer high quality uninterrupted video for up to 492 feet away. And it's gonna eliminate interference from your smartphones, routers, other wireless devices and those kind of things. Now all these cameras use durable metal housing and that's gonna give 'em an IP 65 rating. That's gonna protect against dust, low pressure water jet sprays, those kind of things. And they should be waterproof and water resistant as well. Now it's as far as installing it is some drill required. It's very minimal. Obviously you gotta drill the holes into the side or back or wherever you're mounting 'em, and then put the corresponding pads in place, hooking up the wires and those kind of things. You get a charger for powering up the screen monitor. And you also get the receiver here as well with wire and some cable ties to finish up the installation. Now these cameras will and can replace your side and rear middle clearance lights on the camper or RV. Now I'm not gonna go through all the dimensions 'cause there's a lot of different ones. That information is here on the product page itself. You're more than welcome to take the time to check that out. We'll give you all the dimensions as far as nine hole spacing, all that kind of stuff, all those kind of things you need to know. So again, check that out here on the website. As far as the monitor, it gives you a 480 by 272 on that display. I'm trying to think of the word, the pixelation or whatever. And the cameras themselves use a 720 by 480 for their clarity and stuff like that. So again, gonna give you a nice picture. The voltage, 12 volts to 24 volts DC current, and the camera cable lengths on the camera cables is six inches long. Well folks, that's gonna wrap it up. I wanna thank you so much for joining me. A lot of information to go over with this Furrion Vision S wireless RV backup camera system. I hope the information has been helpful. Again, I'm Steven, have a great day.
