When you haul gear like kayaks, canoes, or cargo boxes, you want bars that stay solid under pressure. These 60" long CoreBars combine the strength of steel with an aerodynamic shape that keeps wind drag low while supporting up to 220 lbs. The black vinyl coating protects against corrosion, so the bars stay strong and clean even after years of use.
Long drives and highway trips are smoother when your rack doesn’t roar in the wind. The CoreBar’s aero-style shape helps cut down on noise and vibration, so you can focus on the road instead of the hum above your head. It’s a small detail that makes every mile more comfortable.
From kayaks to cargo boxes, these full-length bars are ready for almost anything. Their round profile works with most clamp-on accessories and carriers, so you can attach your favorite setups without special adapters. Load up for a weekend trip or a cross-country adventure—your gear fits right in.
The TimberLine towers clamp firmly to raised rails for a secure fit that doesn’t rattle or shift. Their design keeps the setup stable even when fully loaded, giving you extra confidence when hauling heavy or uneven gear. You can also add Yakima Same Key System (SKS) lock cores (sold separately) to deter theft and keep your rack safe when parked.

I still love my Yakima Roof Rack. Have not had any negative issues. Am getting ready to put it on my Subaru Impreza for the SpringSummer season. Would definitely purchase it again and recommend it to my kayaking friends.
