The Malone AirFlow2 # MPG217 will work with your Roofnest Falcon XL on your 2011 Chevy Suburban only if your total weight is less than 165 pounds. Also, as far as fitting the crossbars of the AirFlow2, your tent will fit as long as the clamps/mounting hardware can fit a crossbar with measurements of 3 inches wide x 1 inch tall. I recommend measuring the maximum dimensions of the clamps/mounting hardware of your Roofnest Falcon XL.

If you need an option with a higher weight capacity for your Roofnest Falcon XL on your 2011 Chevy Suburban with raised factory rails, I recommend the Yakima Corebar Yakima CoreBar Crossbars - Steel - Black - 60" Long - Qty 2 # Y00422 with the TimberLine Towers for Yakima Crossbars - Raised, Factory Side Rails - Qty 4 # Y33TR. I confirmed with my contact at Yakima that the static rating for this crossbar system is 400 pounds. I recommend consulting with your owner's manual for your vehicle to see if your roof can accommodate this amount of weight.

The correct answer is "NO, do not use these bars with a rooftop tent." Their static weight limit is too low. for tent and occupants. A person in a recent Reddit discussion had these bars bending under the weight of the tent and occupants. They contacted Malone and got this reply: "The Load Capacities associated with our Airflow2/Fixed Racks: Dynamic Load Capacity - 165lbs Static/Standing Load Capacity - 350lbs ".... we do not typically recommend it for rooftop tents." Having learned this, I am replacing my Airflow2s ASAP.
