Hi Alex; for your 2000 Chevy Astro I recommend the Yakima 54" Tracks for Roof Racks # Y01127. This uses PlusNuts for installation which will not require removing the headliner. For the complete roof rack you will also need two sets of Landing Pad 1 # Y00221, SkyLine Towers for Yakima Crossbars # Y53TR, and crossbars like the Yakima CoreBar Crossbars - 60" Long # Y00422. Based on other roof racks for the Astro with raised rails 60" will be an appropriate length for crossbars.
