Really nicely made. Rubber cap seems thick and sturdy. Fits our Ram 3500 perfectly. Just as advertised and arrived on schedule. Always happy with the service from these folks!

Could be a bit cheaper
Confidence inspiring solid piece of SS. The lock is also low profile so it doesn’t look awkward or gangly. My only complaint is the key is used as a screwdriver of sorts to allow one to unscrew the lock key. This is challenging while on a keychain of any kind. The weather sealing o-ring gave up at first push through the hitch pin hole, but it made screwing the lock body on/off more difficult anyway. I would buy it again because of the simplicity and sleekness.

Looks to be good stainless steel construction. Lock is simple to operate and should not rattle. It looks pretty clean after installed. Works well and the length is appropriate for my 3" hitch. I could have possibly gotten away with the 3-5/8" model but wanted to be sure. Application is 2019 F-250 with 3" hitch.

Good lock. Little different design, it screws on with the key inserted. Should be durable.

Great. Havent removed it, but my hitch hasnt been stolen either
Great product, light weight and very st urdy.
Order was handled smoothly and the tracking was excellent! Will certainly order again when needed.
Beautiful machined stainless steel- have it on the truck but haven't pulled with it yet.
One thing a little odd and time consuming is that the only way I could unlock it was to turn the key counter clockwise and unscrew it- didn't expect that and it is awkward.
Time will tell.

I still find unscrewing the hitch cumbersome and awkward. However, so far it has not bent as have all of the others I have used, making them difficult to get out and unuseable thereafter. I have that bolt in now and will soon know wheter it has bent or not and will let you know.

The hitch pin bent after two uses. The latest use was pulling my approx 8200 lb trailer 120 miles. I can no longer use the pin. So in addition to being awkward to use, it is not capable of towing a relatively light load.

It is a very good and strong hitch. I haul many different trailers and loads and it handles them all flawlessly. Make sure you use the grease (that comes with it) on the pins to be able to easily move the hitch when needed.
Product is what I expected made in the USA best receiver for your money
The hitch locking pin is well built and I would buy again, but not again from etrailer. That is saying a lot, because I have been buying from etriler for more than 15 years. Their customer service and return policy now stinks. I accidentally ordered the wrong length of pin, which is my mistake. Within 5 minutes I called their customer service and hit an automated service telling me there was an almost 20 minute wait. The item was still pending being sent. I immediately sent an email explaining what happened and asking to exchange the item for the correct size. I did not get response for 5 days, the day the item arrived. Alternatively, I received a email the same day about a different item. The email was apologetic but stated I would have to pay for postage both ways, which was more than half the price of the item I purchased. I could have bought the same item from [online vendor] for slightly less with free returns. I guess I know where I will be looking in the future. Customer service is king in my opinion. I will pay more if I receive superior customer service.
