The Curt Heavy Duty Forged Ball Mount for 3" Hitches # C45432 weighs 27.85 lbs according to Curt. In regards to the platform, I spoke with a representative of Curt who told me it was 1" thick; in addition, the diameter of the hitch ball hole is 1-1/4".
For a 2-5/16" hitch ball with a 20,000 lb capacity the Curt # C40008, which has a 2-3/4" long and 1-1/4" diameter shank, would work, or if you need a 2" hitch ball the Curt # A-90 has a 10,000 lb capacity with a 2-5/8" long. For a hitch pin that would work there is the Curt # C21506 or if you are looking for a hitch lock there is the InfiniteRule # 34061074-D.
