why dose the hitch not come with a pin for the the truck.

The BulletProof Hitches Adjustable 2-Ball Mount part # MD206 does not come with a hitch pin as that is how it is offered from the manufacturer. It will accept a standard hitch pin like part # PC3 but I recommend protecting your investment with locking hitch pins part # 34061674-D or just part # 34061074-D.
