Hi, everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look at this InfiniteRule Stainless Steel Lock. Now this has been designed to fit your 2024 and newer Toyota Tacoma with the two-inch trailer hitch receiver. The pinhole diameter is five-eighths of an inch, so this flush style hitch lock is going to secure your ball mount or your accessory to your Tacoma's two-inch hitch. And this features a heavy duty stainless steel construction and the grooved pinhead is going to be very easy to grab as you can see there.
And then this also has a weather-resistant tethered dust cap that's going to keep the water and debris out of the keyway. You are going to get two keys and let me just show you real quick how you're going to unlock and lock this. So I'm gonna insert the key there and I'm turning this counterclockwise and I'm going to keep turning this like I'm unscrewing a screw. And then that's going to loosen that head there. And if you notice here, we do have an O-ring that's going to protect the internal components from dirt and grime.
And then when you're ready to lock this back up, you're just going to replace the head and then you're going to turn the key clockwise like you're tightening up a screw. And then when that starts to get tight, you wanna line the keys up to the nearest set of hash marks that are around the ring there. Hopefully you can see that. So I think I got it lined up there to the nearest set of hash marks. And so that's going to allow me to remove the key.
Lemme see if I can show you the marks there around the ring. So this is gonna be very easy to use and it's gonna hold up really well for you. In case you don't know, InfiniteRule products do undergo extensive third party testing to determine shear strength. The shear strength is determined by placing the locking pin in a stress position and subjecting it to increasing force until the required proof load or maximum force received without deformity is met or the pin fails. So this lock has a shear strength of 42,000 pounds.
So this is a very durable hitch lock. It's gonna hold up really well for you. It's made out of premium, seamless steel material. So if you just find out that this is going to be exactly what you need, we would love to hear back from you, whether you give us a call, drop us an email, or send a review. Let us know how this hitch lock is working out for you and send us some photos as well showing us your towing setup and how you're using this. Well, that's gonna wrap up our quick look today. I do hope that it was helpful for you. Again, my name is Andy. Thank you for joining me.
