The Draw-Tite Trailer Hitch Receiver Lock # 63259 is made in China.
If you're wanting something made in the States then I recommend checking out the InfiniteRule Hitch Lock for 3" Hitches # 34061074-D as an alternative. It doesn't have the same "push button" style of lock on it but it does fit a 3" hitch receiver, is made in the USA, and is backed by a 1-year warranty so the quality of the hitch pin is still top notch.
