The Lock N Roll 3-Position Adjustable Channel Bracket for 1-1/4" Hitch Receivers # 336VS507 will allow you to use a Replacement 2" and 2-5/16" Dual-Sided Hitch Ball # C45912. This will give you an adjustable mount that will have 3 different mounting positions in either the drop or rise positions.
The InfiniteRule Hitch Lock # 34061074-D will allow you to lock the hitch ball to the channel.
