We can get you close to an 11 inch drop, but there isn't a ball mount that fits a 3 inch trailer hitch receiver that has that much drop; the most drop for a ball mount in that large a receiver is 10-5/8 inches, and there are also ball mounts with 10 inches of drop. These are the options for the ball mounts with the most drop for your 3 inch receiver:
- 10-5/8" Drop: Curt Adjustable 2-Ball Channel Mount - 21K # C45928
- 10" Drop: BulletProof Hitches Adjustable 2-Ball Mount for 3" Hitch - 22,000 lbs # HD3010
- 10" Drop: BulletProof Hitches Adjustable 2-Ball Mount for 3" Hitch - 36,000 lbs # ED3010
Each of these ball mounts is a 2-ball mount with a 2" hitch ball and 2-5/16" hitch ball, with the Curt able to tow 10,00 lbs with the 2" ball (and 21,000 with the 2-51/6" ball), while the BulletProof Hitches mount has a 12,000 lb capacity for the 2" ball (and 22,000 lbs or 36,000 lbs for the 2-5/16" ball, depending on the model).
Additionally, one of these ball mounts come with locks, so I highly recommend adding one, the InfiniteRule Hitch Lock for 3" Hitches # 34061074-D. I have also added links to video reviews of each of these ball mounts for you to check out.
