This was easy to install and the matte finish looked good on my Highlander.

The hitch fit perfectly on my 2015 High lander.
Took two hours for two of us to install. Very straightforward. There is some trimming needed on the driver’s side plastic covering that wasn’t mentioned in the instructions, but it wasn’t a big deal. You’ll need a torque wrench to tighten the bolts to spec.

This receiver was a perfect fit for my 2019 Toyota Highlander. The mounting holes aligned perfectly with the chassis and installation was a quick one man job. The installation paperwork and video on the website gave detailed step by step instructions for cutting the undercarriage trim pieces to accommodate the hitch. Looks good in the matte finish too.
This hitch is bombproof. After one year it is still super solid. It is low profile and looks great. I’ve pulled several things with it but mostly use it for my bike rack and cargo tray. It was a lot of work to install but the instructions were detailed and accurate for my vehicle. I would definitely buy it again.

I bought this trailer last year to add extra storage for a trip, and it has exceeded all expectations. The installation was much easier than anticipated, with clear instructions and everything fitting perfectly. Using it for a large hitch carrier was no challenge at all. The construction is rock solid, and it feels like it’s built to last. It has made traveling much more convenient, giving us ample space for all our gear. We’re extremely happy with the purchase—our only regret is that we didn’t invest in it sooner!

So, it has been since we have had it installed and we used it several times. No regrets without a dubt. I am now looking it have it installed on my second vehicle.
The trailer hitch arrived a day earlier than expected.The box was damaged but the hitch did not have a scratch.The instructions were very clear and to the point. The rear tow hitch on the right rear was replaced on the left rear side due to the welded tab on the trailer hitch.The cutting of the undercarriage plastic was simple. Highly recommended the product. Not a single issue, works great.
I'm rating the Trailer Hitch receiver as a 5 because the instructions were excellent, it installed smoothly, and it looks and works great. My one concern is the shipping container (see attached picture) was badly damaged (and even partially open) when I received it. The product wasn't damaged but since the T-One wiring harness was inside the same box as the receiver, it could have fallen out. All turned out well but just thought you should know.
Nice product. Looks good on vehicle. Straight forward install. Poor packaging however! The hitch was just thrown into a cardboard box without any bubble wrap, styrofoam, etc. when I received the hitch, the box had been busted open for obvious reasons.

Works just as a hitch should. No complaints.
The 2" trailer hitch (Item #e98844) for my 2019 Toyota Highlander came just as advertised on the etrailer site. Also, the installation video on the site was spot on and very helpful.
Great quality and fast shipping. I needed a trailer hitch for an upcoming trip and thought I waited to long to order one for it to arrive in time. But I was wrong. Came in a three days later and took me about an hour to install. Smooth process and great company to buy from.
Hitch fit perfect. Extremely good communication on processing from the order to shipment arrival. I am very pleased with my experience at ETrailer and have already told many people about this company.
The product was great, however, the shipping information was incorrect. It was supposed to take one day and it took 2 days which caused me some problems on the back end.

The hitch and wiring harness work great. They look like OEM. Installation instructions were very helpful!
So far, our etrailer is working out great! It was relatively easy to install and it fit our bike rack perfectly.

Our hitch is still working great! We’ve used it with our bike trailer and taken it on long highway trips and have had no issues. It’s easy to install. It securely holds our bike trailer carrying a heavy e-bike and a regular mountain bike. I’d highly recommend this product!
Installation was easy. The holes lined up and the bolts threaded properly. I was concerned for a few minutes when trying to raise the spare tire back to its storage position under the vehicle. Then I realized I needed to start it on an angle with the back side of the spare above the receiver. This would be a helpful note to include in the instructions.
Pretty much spot on how they rated the difficulty of installing it. The directions were great. I did it myself. I’ve only used it for my bike rack that holds 2 electric bikes (65 pounds each) and it has worked out well. This isn’t the first thing I’ve bought from Etrailer and it won’t be my last. Keep up the good work Etrailer!
Hitch arrived in a timely fashion packaged in a double wall box with handles that made carrying very easy. There were a few rips in the box but the hitch looked fine. Had a local repair shop install it which took 30 minutes. The matte finish you recommended matches the rear bumber and looks great! Saris bike rack bolted up smoothly and hitch provides clearance for power tailgate and bikes. Extremely pleased!!

Ive had my hitch for an year and I have not had any problems. It is very well made the color hasnt faded and theirs no rust. I will be purchasing another one for my next vehicle.
