Pretty Good - One ProblemInstalled this on my wife's '05 Camry in Nov. '08. The installation was a breeze thanks to e-Trailer's website videos. However...
The lowest portion of the hitch - the part that loops under the muffler/tailpipe - bottoms out on our driveway and on occasional deep dips on the roadways. We have to drive very slowly and approach at an angle to avoid scraping the pavement. The noise it makes is almost frightening. I do not have a problem with the HH #60815 installed on my '08 HHR going up our driveway.
I'm sure the problem is just that this part of the hitch on this particular model is too low and too far back from the rear wheels. I would ask Hidden Hitch to take another look at this design.

The hitch installed exactly as shown on the video. Two sockets, one ratchet and 40 minutes and the job was complete. It is refreshing to do business with a company that provides everything as advertised and at a very fair price.
I was planning on cleaning the bolt holes on my morning coffee break at work and installing the hitch at lunch break. It only took 4-5 mins to clean bolt holes so I finished the complete intallation on my 15 min coffee break. All holes lined up. Ain't nothing to it...a baby could do it...or a 55 year old like me.
The box was damaged in shipping. The end of the trailer hitch was bent. I had to bend it back, to get the bolt holes to lined up somewhat properly. It took about 75 minites to line up the bolt holes and bolt the trailer hitch to the car. Only complaint is shipping damage. Trailer hitch and cargo carrier work well together.

Hitch bolted right in less than half hour. My only suggestion would be the drop down for the muffler could be alot less it hangs down pretty low. All in all a great product

excellent product-perfect fit I was please at the quality of product and the thought put into the directions. The installation was madae diffficult only by the age of the existing boltsbut once they were removed, the instaltion went perfectly.
